Crowdcast Mobile

I only use this app because I have to in order to attend my class that teaches on here. A year ago, it worked okay. A recent update has destroyed the interface. Links don’t work, the video scroll bar doesn’t work/is super buggy, and there are just countless other bugs that never used to be an issue before this update. I miss the app when it worked. Please improve this.

I’m really not enjoying this update. Whenever I change the orientation, it brings my video all the way back to the beginning and when I try to drag the progress marker back to where I was, the elapsed time isn’t shown at the bottom anymore. Also if you accidentally touch anything, the video starts over from the beginning. It’s quite annoying.

When I first downloaded the app to listen to some streamers I followed, it worked well. Now, however, it works very poorly. It will not connect to the stream, and if I do happen to connect to the stream, it won’t play in the background like it used to. Please fix.

The app keeps crashing when I go to events. I checked if it needed an update which it was up to date. Even tried to restart my phone yet it still crashed

Great opportunity to hear Michael Connelly interview on his latest book! The interviewer didn’t have enough Bandwidth I think as we lost about 20 percent of her questions - but still loved it !

There will be times when you face technical difficulties. The part I look for is how they are resolved. Thank you for resolving these and providing a great discussion of The Waiting by Michael Connelly.

The app is just “okay” but has many flaws: Cons: Login requires unreliable, multiple step authentication. Additionally, if you don’t have time to listen to a 90 minute pod or video cast then there’s no way to save where you stop. Otherwise it’s mostly glitch free. Pros: Rarely had a dropout listening to it live at my gym.

Way too many technical interruptions … please fix this with your microwave carriers …

The app is literally unusable. It doesn’t send information immediately between web version and the app. Nothing is saved. Search is impossible to find. Literally have to wait until I get to a computer to register for events.
