Cruise Planners Mobile

I’ve had the app for a month and have NOT been able to successfully login in ONCE! I’ve gone thru the ‘forgot password’ prompt multiple times, received the temporary passwords and still have not had any success.

This app is an absolute piece of garbage. Over an hour wasted trying to load and open it

I downloaded the app but I don’t see a screen to login. All I see are three screens and skip which I clicked on and nothing happened. I have an iPhone and have logged in to the website on my laptop with no problem signing in and viewing my trip info.

App crashes every time I try to click on submit credit authorization

The app won’t work for me any longer. If I try to go on, it just shows green screen and nothing happens. They did switch my advisor so I don’t know if that is why not not. I reached out to her about this and never received a response.

This app is great—I love being able to communicate my dream destinations and plan it all right through the app. I can view my itinerary while staying in contact with my travel agent the entire time. The app is flawless in design and easy to use. No issues thus far :) thank you Cruise Planners!

Downloaded the app and all I get is the green login screen, but can’t login. What a waste of time.

What a great app...keeps me informed on the details of our vacation.

The update has made using the app so much more useful efficient! A++++

Allows me to keep up with my trips booked through my travel agent. I can see a summary of my upcoming trips, research cruises, upload photos and stay in touch with my agent.
