I’m already dreading what’s to come of this place just by going on the app, it’s slow and buggy, shuts down at random and not very user friendly. They already lied, claiming to be open 24 hours on their Google Business page, which is why I decided to try them out. No wonder all the bad reviews,not just on here but Google too. They won’t last a year. Seems like a a shady company, I hope I’m wrong, but everything is off to a bad start.

Member should not have to drive to the gym to get basic information when the stupid app does not work. For example, you offer billing, but it doesn’t provide me any description on why you’ve charged me. (is it an annual membership fee? Is it a monthly amount) it also will not actually allow you to view the member agreement, but instead generates an error (404 error). If only big company has spent more time making their apps more useful for those who pay for memberships.

For a mega popular gym this app is sorry. Whoever you hired needs help. This seems like a contract job because nobody would put this app on their resume as an app developer. Up your game. Just do it.

Saw ads on social media. Signed up for a dollar to get a free month and try the gym out. Didn’t like it, went in to cancel. Turns out they hide in their terms and conditions that there’s a 2 month minimum. Very scummy.

No way to cancel subscription on the app and the manager refuses to do it in person and outright tells employees to not help with that specifically. Should be illegal I hope they get sued into oblivion Save the “this is an application review. The fact there is no way to cancel subscription in app is either shady or a massive app failure in the first place. Coming from an actual app developer, ever hear of usability testing? Generally the corporate either has a goal to make van elling subscriptions impossible or the app developers are incompetent. Pick one. Either way it IS RELEVANT to the app. Either a scum corporation or a scum app.

App does not work, gym said it has nothing to do with them. Why bother downloading it if doesn’t work.

I made and have an account and can’t even update to my current address

The update killed the ability to add events to the calendar (despite giving the app add-only calendar access). There’s so much to dislike about Crunch Fitness but this dysfunctional app just makes it worse!

I recorded all my workouts to come here every day. I scan my key card and using my Apple wallet link to my Crunch account for some reason it seems that none of my points ever get logged this app is a waste of my time and frustrates me because I enjoy competition, I used to hav no issues but now it tracks anything accurately

Not recommended this place. Fraud company
