Crypto.com - Buy Bitcoin, ETH

This app lets you purchase crypto easily in the app, the problem comes when you want to send to your external wallet . Ridiculous fees I sent 500$ to my wallet and only 250$ came . Edit : replying to developers notes , your customer support is absolutely no help. I would rather eat a Jean jacket then have your support team try to explain how you guys scammed me.

I put 200$ into bitcoin and a week later sold it and moved my money to my fiat wallet, and now it won’t let me cash out, it says that my bank doesn’t affiliate with Plaid. Which is funny because that was the bank account I pulled it out of to buy bitcoin in the first place. Someone help plz. (Update) They made me go make a new account at another local bank. And before it said that all I had to do was log into the bank then transfer the money. Now it’s saying the same thing, that they don’t associate with that bank. Then I tried my grandparents and my friends accounts. It won’t let me transfer my money anywhere. Please someone help

I trusted this app like a DumbA** now I can't withdraw the money from anything. The flat wallet says my information is invalid and I can't see if i put something wrong or not and now the money i put into it is stuck.

I would not recommend using Crypto.com i’ve never had such a big issue, trying to make transfers. They were literally hold your money and not let you do anything with that of course you can buy and sell your cryptocurrency, but that all cost money due to the cost between currencies so they put you at risk of losing moneyin the currency that you’re using

I have never faced any issue but when an issue occur their support team responds quickly but problem diagnose and provide a solution is taking too slow and time consuming.

I like how you guys have updated the Progress Chart but could you do it one step better and instead of only 6 months allow us to be able to see the progress from when the investor had first invested on the application. Thank you: Cody Sutton

I’ve been banking yes I said banking with crypto.com since 2018. I always said they would be more then a crypto entry app. As I watched them grow from the purchase of the stadium to the sixers partnerships and many more it certainly has been my bank account ever since. It has been proven trustworthy time and time again and when I had issues the response and resolution was always clear quick and concise. I won’t do a comparison with other platforms as of now because even still crypto.com will be 1st place. I know defi or decentralization is the movement but trust me many people cannot keep an eagle eye on their assets 24 hrs nonstop when the hackers work 25 hrs a day 8 days a week. That’s where crypto.com makes me happy. They have never been offline and even on a holiday once before in 2022 they quickly returned messages to let me know why the atm wasn’t delivering. I will go into the new digital age building my portfolio and investments on their platform. When they grow to have agents that hopefully one day will handle track the market and refer or suggest investments for retirement accounts such as other banks I will be confident in doing that with them as well. If you are looking for a crypto banking platform that has been 100% up and reliable since I began crypto in 2018 I highly recommend them. They are adding so many different items to suit all needs. At this time I will certainly shamelessly plug Scottie Pippen since they are basketball oriented and I’d be extremely happy to see $BALL listed. Newbie exchange. Cro has been a dog forever. The debit card has a fee and requires a huge stake for rewards that really don’t add up. The options trading has a cap, so say bitcoin went up $300 over strike on your strike, well, if the probability was 60% you get $60. Moving on.

Any time I try to withdraw, the app shuffles the screen and clickable buttons up to the very top of the screen. This has been going on for YEARS. Sometimes it works after 5-6 restarts. This is absolutely unacceptable for a mobile only app.
