Do not send funds to wallet Sending funds to the wallet you can pay fees in any currency but getting your funds out of the wallet they’ll use a form of (extortion) just to get your funds out …. Good luck🤞 getting them to change this practice

This apps customer service is scammers. They took everything from me. So please stay all for this people.

When I went to withdraw my funds, they froze my funds because of a typo in the account and they can’t manually update and lift restrictions. If there was an administrative fee to correct it, I would have paid a small fee like any other financial institution. However, They required a margin of almost $11k to be deposited. Then my credit dropped below 600 and needed $20000 deposit to raise the credit so it would unfreeze the funds ( 1000 for every point and I needed 20 pts) It was not told to me in the notification that it has to be a one time deposit. I was short $16 and I couldn’t make up for it by adding another $1000 to raise it a point. Then they wanted me to add another $20000 one time deposit. It raised my credit to 600 and now I’m out over $50000. Then they frozen my account saying that I have insider trading. They are requiring me to deposit another $30000 margin and obtain my personal information for tax purposes. I have not seen a cent from my account. At each deposit they told me My funds will be available for withdrawal and it has not been the case. Where am I going to find more money when they’ve drained all of my life savings? From a mere $5000 initial deposit to trade, the account needs to funded $80000usdt to get it unfrozen and funds out. This is ridiculous and their rules are inflexible and they are not conducting proper business and should be sued and investigated for fraud as who can conduct business like this? There should be a class action lawsuit for those who have had their funds frozen and not able to withdraw due to their different stipulations. It is one thing after another and they’re holding the money hostage and extort you for more.
