Initially app worked fine the. Developed an error and stopped working. In app Support was not helpful. They sent outdated PDFs with instructions that don’t work. Then they tell you to email support who doesn’t respond. Don’t waste your time with this. I have waisted too much already.

Consistently have to reset my bot to get to work. Worked well enough for awhile. Without changing any settings for some time, it decided to sell only at loss. None of my settings allowed it to sell at a loss but it did it anyways. It became a sell at a loss only bot. Didnt make a single profitable sell for a month.

Not the app itself but CH made me lose a lot of money even in the bull run. I spent more time and money and end up with a very thin profit during the bull run. Errors are very frequent and something ordinary. Very poorly executed.

I got this app to help make a little extra money using bots to trade. I was skeptical at first and tried a couple different bots but found one of the free ones I really enjoy. Set it up and walk away. I paid for adventure monthly package and it’s been great.

It would be amazing to have a chart displaying your portfolio which visually shows were, when, and why, buys and sells are triggered. Another feature that I think is important would be some form of auto-reserving total profit at specified increments in order to lock in profits or something along those lines. The app seems limited in comparison to the browser version. Other than those things and a few other minor issues, I am enjoying using CH. It earns a 4/5 stars from me, leaving room for improvement. Definitely a solid option for automated trading.

It is a good working responsive app however it lacks much of the functionality the web application has. For basic actions it is fine. Find myself logging in on the web to do what I need to.

Love this service. I just can’t adjust my TA settings on the app. Other than little thing… this app is amazing!!!
