About every 2-3 months, the app just fails to recognize the username and password. Usually it’ll be fine the next day. Of course the problem is you need to do your laundry now, not tomorrow; laundry isn’t a chore you can just put off indefinitely. I’ve experienced this problem multiple times, and reported it to the app customer service, and it has NEVER gotten better over the 3 years I’ve been at an apartment that uses CSC.

Always has issues. Doesn’t give out refunds. Steals your money and time, and honestly has added a good amount of unnecessary mental stress to my life. Overall has made my quality of life a decent amount worse.

The app is simple, clean and easy enough to use. Convenient that I do not need to have quarters as it is tied to a credit card. For some reason, it will not accept my Capital One card so I need to use a different card. Still waiting nearly 8 months for a refund from a machine that failed to operate properly. I have received other refunds in a timely manner but this last request has gone unnoticed despite all other attempts at reimbursement.

The app keeps on taking money from my account even though I haven’t used it to pay for laundry. Requested refund last time for wrongfully charging me but they never respond

this app frequently skims funds from accounts, with no clear recourse on how to fix this or report it. there's no way to mute the ad push notifications it sends you either, without muting your laundry alerts too. scammy app from an unethical company. but sadly so many renters don't really have a choice.

This app is horrible. It regularly does not work at all. When it’s usable, it still doesn’t work correctly. Sometimes it charges without starting a machine. Regularly the machine does not work and refunds are not processed.
