I think the developer is trying to be helpful with this app but it still needs some work. Would be great to complete the questionnaire in the app and provide the QR code to scan when I arrive to donate, but that doesn’t seem to be an option. I need my donor ID to register for iGive Rewards but can’t find that anywhere in the app. Better yet, why not just autocomplete that information for me since I’m already signed in? These are the 2 biggest issues I’ve noticed so far, but generally it feels like I have to go to different web pages in a browser to accomplish everything (e.g. Donor360), whereas it would be a better user experience if everything could be done directly in the app.

The app is not giving for referral it make it hard I’m having a problem receiving my referral bonus for two of my friends I talked into donating and I really need the money for rent I even called corporate they didn’t help solve the problem and I’ve been donating for years

It’s been two weeks since the app stopped working. It will not accept my username or password and when I try to send an email to reset my password, I get no response in my email, trash or spam.

2 times now I have had my points stolen from me over 45,000 the first time and just 20,000 they cannot tell me when it will be fixed but want me to continue to send people and to donate us insane. I wouldn't recommend to anybody! Look for some place else!

I cashed in my points from referring someone and they took my points away but never gave me the cash I cashed in my points for I have called repeatedly yesterday and today they claim it’s an issue with the app but I’m reading reviews and now see that I will not get my payment as they claim they will pay. Also the person I referred didn’t get their cash that they exchanged their points in for either. Starting to feel like CSL is falsely advertising so they can get new donors and they’re not keeping their word. Not sure how long they can get away with this but it’s clearly an issue they are getting away with as I read previous reviews from other clients. CSL SHOULD BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR FALSEY ADVERTISING!!!

The app is normally better than it was today. There have been glitches before, but on July 17, 2024, it was and still is horrible. There was a signin error stating to "try back later", then once that was resolved, there was nothing showing today's donation and the rewards was not updated. Customer service stated that they're aware of the issue and the tech team is working to resolve it. Unacceptable.😢

So the app is fine does has glitches sometimes. But the issue is more about the facilities. I been going since opening never had issues passing to donate till last month started being told my blood sample was too low it’s never low then started having issues with blood pressure cuff they been putting it too tight which gives false results. I’m a medical assistant and ik that a too loose or too tight cuff gives false readings in some cases that could be a serious issue. I as well as others feel their doing it on purpose so they don’t have to pay for going twice a week I’ve barely been able to go once a week for almost two months since the issues started. Also when I started I never got a front of line pass but months after all of a sudden these people keep cutting the line with these passes their once was when another facility was down due to being hacked and they all came to CSL and we waited for hrs and all of a sudden several come up with these front of the line passes or being brought straight to the front by the doc they were new when I brought this up was told they waited the amount of time we did going through the process which is a lie the process isn’t that long we all were waiting for over two hrs in line to donate not counting the line to get checked to pass and go to donor floor. If it weren’t for the fact that it’s the only one I can go to I’d stop going and I will never recommend them. Their staff needs proper training from actual doctors and nurses on how to do the check in. I seen a guy who was in pain after one of them adjusted the needle cause his machine went off from what I heard she didn’t wait for the cuff to inflat before adjusting the needle and messed up his arm he didn’t come for awhile saw him one day and his whole arm from needle site to almost shoulder bruised. So this facility in Anaheim should be investigated cause it’s not the first issue with not doing things correctingly and messing up peoples arms now when you go they require your full name, birthday and tell you full social # and everyone their waiting to be seen can hear that write it down and use your name ect already had a breach with the prepaid card they give to receive the payments I filed for fraud over a months ago still got nothing and just keep getting a run around by the company

The point system in place is a scam. It’s unfortunate that a company that is supposed to be for the public good steals from people using the point system expiring points before they can be used. You will be so close to a reward then instantly 800 of the 1000 points expire putting you back to the beginning of collecting again. I’d highly recommend using another plasma donation center that does not use scams and schemes to take away from the donors
