Tried to reinstall unable to tab next after key in phone number

Can’t load the apps after the update. Try to delete the app and redownload the apps, but after keying the phone no, click “next” no response!!

Cannot login and pay

Apps ALWAYS HANG. It doesn’t scroll up or down, unable to click any option. Blank screen. Not user-friendly at all. I don’t find it convenient.

Please optimised and provide a seamless loading time. Please allow user to log in from any location in the world.

If there’s a negative star to rate, this apps really deserve it the most. Trying to set the time at 10pm (current time is 7pm), until the next day 10am but it shows the end time shall not be lesser than the star time. What a joke

Pretty useless now, nothing loaded under my registered unit. Wonder why my jmc chosen such dumb app

Please consider adding a new feature to report back to security if a visitor was wrongly registered for the unit number during check-in. This is a very important security safety issue! Security could act immediately to prevent the visitor from entering the premises without providing correct information or engaging in any criminal activity.

After update the new version , the visitor , overnight cannot set the date range , please fix it thanks
