Constantly logging me out, and now I’m in an infinite loop of being logged out as soon as I log in. Am forced to wait a minimum of 10 minutes for it to start working again. 30% of the time the app is unusable, which means it works more than half the time, but that’s a pretty low bar. 2/5 please fix

Ever since PDI bought cstore pro, they keep saying they will add features and improvements but they haven’t done anything besides changing the look and logo. Their prices have gone up and service the other way (Down). Thinking about switching to a different services with all of our locations.

This company looks like is out of business they have took money for yearly fee and run no one is answering anything going to file dispute with bank

This company is real terrible at customer service, I think they’re out of business after they drafted us fees for the entire year 2024 No one is there to help

Paid for a year of service, but everything has been down for over a week. Asked for a refund, but customer service is completely unresponsive.

Very inconsistent app and software. Seems like communication issue between softwares is every other week. Of using this to manager business remotely, then stay away. Support doesn’t respect your need that you run a business.

The features and layout on the desktop site is not congruent with the app, which makes it difficult to teach new people how to navigate and use it. Barcode scanner is super fast, which is great!

Great App Bad Customer Service

Camera not focusing while scanning. Live data doesn’t work the first hour of sales. Live data doesn’t work past 12am. Too many glitches.

Not even worth it for free they don’t even know how to setup EDI ?
