Doesn’t function.
App says I have to enable tracking to register for exercise classes, then doesn’t have an option to enable it! I checked my settings in the app and on my phone, to no avail. Just ridiculous.

It would not sign me in or give me a barcode when I sign in. It keeps saying it has an issue, the staff tell me to turn of the wifi, it won’t work, they told me to delete it and redownload it, it still won’t work, this app won’t give me the barcode either way
Many UI issues and slow login issues that have not been fixed over the 4 years I’ve attended this school
Something’s changed on the app. Now it doesn’t recognize my username or password. Completely useless to me.
This app takes forever to load the barcode and now I’ve been experiencing issues with the login ever since the app was updated. So, now I have to check in manually by the front desk instead of having a working, reliable app to scan the barcode with the scanner. It’s so frustrating.
This app keeps telling me my username and password is wrong when it’s not , it’s so frustrating
Please add a function where we can either save our log-in or not get signed out after a day. It’s a bit ridiculous that we now have a line of students trying to sign in when we used to simply swipe our IDs.
I only use this app for the barcode to get into the gym. On average it takes at least a minute to get signed in and have the barcode displayed. Seems like it’s not just me. You can see people stand in front of the scanner while they wait for their barcode to load up. If there was a UX team for this app, I’d suggest coming to the SRWC to observe.
Why does the app always signs us out automatically. Like I know I get it it’s for security reasons. But the chance of someone actually hacking our account is like 1 in a million. Above that most of us have Face ID on our phones. So unless someone stole our phone no one can access our sign in. Above that the app doesn’t do the two step verification so someone can just use a different phone to ‘hack’ our account.
username and password correct. still doesn't work. will check back after I'm graduated to see if this works
