The range is absolutely awful you can’t go more than 10 feet away from the tracker or else it will disconnect. And occasionally it will just disconnect for no reason.

1) the range is very limited. I think it maybe registered 30 ft. 2) the devices powered off after 10 minutes or so and need to be synced back to the phone in order to work so absolutely pointless.

Downloaded this app after buying a tracker for my dog online and it's very simple to use and keeps me calm knowing that my dog is at home while I'm at work! I couldn't ask for more.

Got a itag for free and it turns off after five minutes. It could be the battery. I give 3 stars because when it doesn't turn off it works great

These are life savers to finding my keys so glad I picked them up after seeing them on Facebook!

I purchased three of these. There are no batteries or direction provided with the purchase. I used their help on the app and there is no reference to what battery to use. Trail and error I tried cr3032 & 3025. Both activated the device but my iPhone couldn’t find them. A waste of money and they want me to pay to ship them back to Indonesia for a refund. They get a solid junk rating from me.

Bought this about 2 months ago. At first it worked great but started to only work intermittently. Stopped completely 3-4 weeks ago. Changed it out for a new one (came with 4). None of the other 3 work. Either batteries are old and depleted or none of them are operative for whatever reason. Not worth your hard earned money. So sorry.
