WORST SHOPPING APP EVER!!!
Either have a separate app for liquor or make it POSSIBLE to shop both one one app. It’s exhausting, and definitely NOT a time saver. I just keep giving up and shopping elsewhere.

This has not been a good app compared to other local grocery stores, but this last update is the worst. I am trying to check my fuel rewards. I am signed in > go to my account > it makes me sign in again, click fuel rewards > sign in again. Repeat and repeat and repeat ad infinitum. Please fix this glitch. I have deleted the app a few times, restarted my device, and am updated on iOS.
It logs you out if you don’t use it for seven days. Ridiculous. Should be easy, it’s just a grocery app.
Wow, I am appalled at the neglect of effort the useless developers put towards this app. It’s useless. And that’s coming for a technology sales professional. I wanted to order a 12pack Coke for driver up, tired lazy and don’t wanna go inside. I see they charge $9 for a 12 pack, and when you went to click order pickup, you have to schedule it a day before wanting to pick up. Total joke! I checked target app. Flawless app. Coke are $7 a 12 pack. Pickup in two hours. 3 minute order process. Never shopping at cub in person or online, if you have a target, run to target. Avoid at all costs
This app is simply unusable. Not the least bit intuitive; it shuts down nearly every time I try to use it. There appears to be no menu that allows for customization , and certainly no “help” feature. It is impossible to create a shopping list, whereas with the old version, it was a snap. I have to wonder what the powers that be were thinking when they did this. It has been said that the worst reason to keep doing something is that you have always done it that way. The bottom line is, why change what was working just fine? This is certainly not an upgrade. Addition to this review: It is IMPOSSIBLE to create a shopping list. The app asks if I want to pick up, or have delivery. I want neither. I simply want the ability to create my own list for my own use. Even after I have chosen my store, and gotten to the screen that acknowledges my choice, it will NOT allow me to create a list. Why in the world would anyone think this is better than the previous version? There is no tutorial for using this app, probably because it is impossible to use and therefore impossible to write a tutorial. If it were possible to give this thing negative stars, I would. Since it’s digital, it isn’t even possible to crumple up snd use as a fire starter. If the developer is reading any of these reviews, stand up and give some explanation for this garbage.
I updated the app. Getting a message that my username & password is incorrect when I tried to log in. I requested a password reset. Verification code sent to my email address. I tied to reset the password and got a message that my email address was not found(?!) When I tried to register again, I get a message that the email address is already registered. So I tried to sign in again. Issue repeating itself. App is just pure trash.

the app demands to enter email and password almost every time I open it. Pain in the rear. Learn from Costco, Target, CVS…. it’s 2024 and it’s called facial recognition!!!!! Get with the times, folks.
This app just gets to the loading screen and freezes. Then I delete and reload the app. I log in just for it to flash the Home Screen and give me hope, before it goes to black and freezes. Close and reopen…back to forever loading screen.
This app is the worst app I’ve ever used! As I read the negative reviews, my thoughts were a continuous “Ditto!” There should at least be an option to stay logged in! Obviously Cub doesn’t care at all about customer satisfaction or they’d spend the time & money to have this app updated & user friendly. The only reason I have it is to get the gas discounts.
