Why consumer need compulsory to download apps to measure service team, in direct Cuckoo is collect customer data by forcing users. Very bad company policy and I will not recommend this Cuckoo brand to anyone. In fact in market is can get more reasonable price product and better after sales service that i already started to used.

i kept getting spam inbox to do payment while the bills is not yet ready and also after made the payment i still get the same messages

I have been using this and track payment, however since last two weeks my bills not appear, I keep received notification on overdue payment but bills is 0. Please help how to make payment.

Keep pop out notification reminding to pay paid bills. I usually paid on time but, the app keep remind to pay.

Cuba kalau nak buat apps tu biarlah niat tu betul nak buat apps. Ni macam tak cukup makan buat. Maki kang sentap pulak. Loading sampai kiamat.

Whats the usage of the apps if it doesnt remind us to pay and had to make the cuckoo personel to contact us via whatsapp? Once payment done via apps, cuckoo personel cannot see the transaction and have to screenshot payment slip in whatsapp again. Having apps is for convenience. But now it doubled the user task. Become more troublesome!

Pls fix it. My outstanding payment every monthly not up-to-date
