App used to work fine, but now crashes constantly on my iphone.

They could’ve make it like pregnancy test! Easy to use. Instead they make it packages like sci-fi Google homes and charge ridiculously expensive! Stupid stupid stupid! This reminds me of Thernos, whoever is behind this, is a big idiot

New cartridges not working , reader says they are damaged

Brand new cartridges do not work

This thing seems like just an excuse to make money selling COVID tests. So many hoops to go through just to get a result: charge device, download app, oh wait you didn’t know you should’ve waited to install the cartridge? That one’s used now, better get another one. Not suited for my use case or friction tolerance.

Used to work and now is crashing, rendering the device and tests useless.

Worked fine a few months ago but now it crashes when I log in, Face ID or password. Makes the whole thing pretty useless.
