Double check before you purchase

Make sure you want to the app before you download it. I accidentally paid for the wrong plan, went back in the day I downloaded it and there are no options to change the plan, get a refund for the plan, or to talk to support. So now I’m out on money when I just wanted to test the app to see if it works for me needs.

Cannot transcribe more than 30

Paid for the service and it doesn’t do anything. Don’t waste your money. Can’t trouble shoot and no good customer service

Don’t Do it

Downloaded this app and used it for an important meeting that lasted 52 minutes. The app could not transcribe any of the information discussed. Thank goodness I actually paid attention and took notes.

I have used this for a good sold two weeks and you can’t connect to another platforms such as teams or even have the capability of asking brainstorming questions as they’ve stipulated in the design for all situations, even lectures or phone calls or even interviews it’s immensely complicated

No way!

I tested this app by using it during a non-critical meeting and thank goodness it wasn’t important. The notes and summary were generated from some random data that had nothing to do with the meeting I attended! My meeting was about marketing and the use of AI, the notes were about supporting families during the loss of a loved one.
