It’s Black Friday and stuff is supposed to be off right, so I stock up on products. I arrive at checkout, half the discount are gone even though the app says they’ve been applied and when I enter a code for 15% off it takes less than 5£ off a 356£ order. Bogus. I see that they have a product at 30%off, 15& instead of 22£, I arrive at checkout and they make me pay the original price. Like etc I even contacted help support etc they said they would fix it and they didn’t respond after that. Wow, fr go to Sephora instead this app/company is absolute shyte

I’m beyond, beyond shocked at the Customer Service and overall experience I’ve had. I placed an order with next day delivery as I was going out of the country and needed to stock up on a few things, it was meant to be delivered on a Friday, Friday comes and goes, the parcel does not get delivered. I message Customer Service who initially was helpful and apologetic, telling me to reach out again if the parcel doesn’t get delivered by 9 PM and they’ll give me a refund. When I’ve had to message again, I was told to wait for 48 hours for delivery. I would’ve been out of the country in 48 hours, so I’ve had to go and spend mire money to replace the items in this. I had to sacrifice the time I was going to spend with my family to run around like a headless chicken because people couldn’t do their jobs. It’s been a week now since I’ve been trying to get my money back from them, Natalia from the customer relations team needs to be fired instantly, the girl can’t do her job to save her life. She messaged days ago saying I will be receiving a refund, no word about that since, so I followed up again and she’s suddenly asking me to confirm my email (The same one she used to email me at first, so confused why she’s asking to confirm it) to send me a label. What label and for what, only she knows.

Why?????? Change it back it was so classy before. Now it seems kinda childish and don’t associate it with the luxury it was before. Otherwise obvs a great app but the new font is terrrrrible
