They are highly efficient and do what they say they will so. They offer competitive rates. They send transfers at no cost. Their on line system is simple and easy to navigate. It is a little frightening having your money in a e-bank account…its like owning Bitcoin. But the more I deal with them my confidence level has improved greatly. I will continue to use them….and to recommend them.

All I wanted to do was get rates and fees for a wire transfer and they insist on dragging you through acccount creation and identity verification before you can get the most basic information to even decide if you want to deal with them - I run identity systems for a major bank and I know how and when this information is actually needed You should not have to crawl across broken glass just to get the simplest of starting information

App for UK residents only! I live in the USA. Why is the app in the USA App Store if I can’t use it?! I use a competitor and wanted to be able to do quick spot checks on rate, but to force me to use my laptop is just pathetic. #cantbebothered

I downloaded, open it but i try log in and register account .i can't.

Opened account. Began making transfers. Saw there was an app so downloaded it. However, it doesn’t recognise me. Nightmare. Have to use browser to access my account.

Haven’t been able to log on and transfer funds for weeks! Keep getting glitch error messages

I am 78 years old and have been exchanging currencies regularly for 4 years with very few problems. However recently the £/euro rate fell to an 39 year low. I live in Spain and as I intend to go back to England sometime in the future It was a convenient time to send some money back to England. As my bank in Spain had a limit how much I transferred each day I made a number of transfers every day for around 12 days. After that time I sent my pension £’s to exchange to euros, after which my app wouldn’t work and was blocked. The reason for this, I was told that I was money laundering and exchanging money for profit. I tried to explain that the money sent to my English bank was for a personal reason ( which I explained) and I just took advantage of the low rate. I have appealed against this ridiculous decision without success and my friends in Spain all agree with me. I am now transferring money with another company which offer a better rate.

I couldn’t start to use this app… It doesn’t let me setup the password (all 4 password requirements are met)
