I did a transfer of $16000 and then currency fair locked my account so I’ve been unable to access it. Many mails sent to support and as yet not a single reply ( other than generic automated responses). I rang and after 30mins did manage to speak to someone who unlocked my account but I’m now still waiting for the money to be transferred in. This used to be a good service but it’s gone rapidly downhill and is now more hassle than it’s worth.
I have been using Currencyfair for several years and generally have been satisfied. However, despite receiving confirmation of receipt of funds on the 26th of April, the funds have not been credited to my account and still show pending. Despite endless emails will I get our automated responses and as for trying to contact by phone to speak to someone all I get is we are experiencing unusually high call volumes. I do not understand why it is not possible to reach someone and why over a month after receiving funds, they have not been credited to my account. Furthermore, a weakening of the euro against pound sterling means I have lost a significant amount amount of money too.
I certainly use currency fair once a month. Excellent fast service however even though I register face/passcode every time each month it asks for verification. Bit frustrating.
This was a great platform, but recent changes (probably forced on them) have progressively limited its functions
This company has changed the way you transfer/ exchange money. Now I dread having to transfer money . It’s now become hassle, why change a system that worked , for a system that’s fundamentally broken .
When I now transfer money it takes me At least half an hour when i used to do it in five minutes you have made the site really complicated to use. I even had a fraud call lasting 10 mins from Barclays Putbit back to the old method

I called several times and put on hold for ver 1 hour sometimes. Line was dropped but no one called me back. I drove to the Nutfield, Surrey but I was told there is no actual office there
