You can’t get refunds back, that money is literally lost and curve does nothing!!! Never purchase anything w Curve card because refunds are never arriving when using this card! Then they come up with a whole B*S* for reasons that are nonsense. AND THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, they don’t reply!
I invited a friend when there was a referral program. He registered with my link, ordered the card, and did the tranzaction worth more than 5 gbp. We didnot received the bonus after 1 month. I contacted with the support like 3 times and no answer.

I have a faulty account since I have registered, I cannot do anything in the app, besides contacting support. Everything else just fails, I cannot even delete my account. It has been weeks since I have contacted support but no one has responded yet. Extremely useless app and service.
Ha a pénzünket akarja kezelni egy app, akkor nem lehet ennyire bugos, megbízhatatlan.. Már a regisztráció alatt is többször voltak hibák , bugok, így elment a bizalmam . Ha egy ilyen egyszerű dolog sem megy, akkor mi lesz a kártyakezeléssel?!? Eleve miért kell a bankkártyahoz telefonszám, cím, e-mail stb ?!? Aztán miután megadod kifagy… adathalász …
Photo front identity card work perfect. Photo back the card, and freezee checking image quality. 2 reinstall, restart etc but dont work.
This app has been full of annoying bugs for months. The developers simply don’t care.🤷🏻♂️
The screen for iPad is small, it’s only done for Mobile
They nearly never send you back the refund money, instead they give you "curve points". This is beyond outrageous. Happened to me quite some times, now I've got enough. I never heard of another company who steals your money to force you to use they service.
