Great Mac App for Contacts and More
Have been looking for something like this to use on my Mac. Very complete app for Contact management, invoicing and financials. Was previously using three different apps to do what this one app does!

Have been looking for something like this to use on my Mac. Very complete app for Contact management, invoicing and financials. Was previously using three different apps to do what this one app does!
I am new user of the app and it has been working great so far. Added a few clients, services and products. Posted in some sales transactions and then reviewed the reports. I LIKE IT! Have added and Document Manager and spreadsheet export inapps too.
The other apps I have tried are either too simplistic or too complicated this one is just right for my business. t’s so easy to bill that my revenue has actually increased since I can add other services that were falling through the cracks with just a few taps. Also saves me the time of manually generating invoices. It does take some time and effort to set up but is well worth it once you’re rolling. I like having control of my data and not logging into someones server.
I should have trusted the reviews, but thought maybe they worked out the kinks in a newer version. Nope. Crashes constantly. Walked away from it before fully setting it up, which takes some time. Shame, cause I wanted just a simple program to log billable hours.
Is there any way to get a refund?
Seemed cool but keeps crashing. Can’t trust my data to that sort of thing.
The Scheduler InApp is like the Calendar, only much better. Tied to your client info so you can easily send appointment reminders. Big time saver! Also, now able save multiple images with descriptions with each client. I am also pleased to see the addition of more financial & profit reporting now available. Changes have made a great app even better. Really can't beat this app with its functionality and reasonable one time fees.
This app was very had to use confusing and did not help my not worth the money
Apps are like people. Some are just easier to get along with. This app is easy to get along with and use. Usually easy apps don't do much. But this one does a lot. Sales and invoices, contact management, scheduling and financial results! What more do you need?
This app show promise and has many great features,however,the features described simple do not work.That said, support is available however the companies resources are limited.This app needs to be in beta and fully tested by users in the real world.Until at least the sync issues are resolved I give it a 1
