Cancelled my Trial - still got charged
I cancelled my trial the same day I got it because I was testing it out. Still got charged for the entire year and I can’t get my money back…absolutely the worst.

I paid 35$ to get the extra features jusy for them not to work i edit a video I go to trim it and it turns blank then when I try to create an image with a.i it just fails and doesnt create it what did I pay for then

Just upload the video, hit export, select 1min. Wait. Done.
App keeps crashing
This app is a paid app and after I purchased the app keeps crashing, no support whatsoever. I would look for a new application. I’m working to get my money back

It’s a 3 day trial so make SURE you cancel if you don’t want it. You don’t get a notification like other apps give. Once I was charged I immediately cancelled and requested a refund. They said no!
To expensive
I want music for my videos and I don’t wanna pay for that,plus your video etiding software is just pay to edit

Was charged for the annual cost when selecting try for free — refund not issued. False advertisement of a trial. Be careful of this when making your selections! UPDATE in response to developers response. I was never given a three day free trial. I was IMMEDIATELY charged.
