No stars — I did not change my password but now YOU FAIL to recognize it. Why? Did you change after all these years. You still email me. Maybe I should not recognize you.

Why is all the prescription information inaccessible. How many pills? How many refills? Etc. Definitely not an improvement.

I've been utilizing this app for a long time and absolutely loved it. It was simple to navigate easy to find things. Now it's horrible and I think you should put it back to the way it was.

The app became harder to use. I’m unable to find the complete list of prescriptions like I could before. That helped me stay up to date on when things were able to refill. I don’t like just cvs’s category alone for that. It’s not always accurate with some medications like migraine medication. Where is the See all RX category??

You have the worst pharmacy and app I ever used. My doctor ordered a prescription for me on Friday morning I looked on the app and it said it was in process when I called the pharmacy and asked about it they told me they never got the prescription and it was back ordered now it’s late Friday afternoon and my Doctor’s office is closed and I won’t be able to get this straightened out until Monday. I don’t understand why nobody called me and explained this I would have never known there was a problem if I didn’t call and when I tried to explain I got hung up on.This is a disgrace I’m seriously considering taking my business somewhere else and telling my friends also

CVS in Orange Beach, AL, is awesome! I can order my prescriptions on my portal, pay with my credit card and have my items delivered the next day! Excellent ! Paula

Flakey app. Hard to use

The new app layout is complete trash, so hard to find your rewards, coupons etc. Why was the layout changed? It’s total chaos now and I don’t even want to visit or use the CVS app or have a desire to shop at CVS. I’m sure you will see this change from other customers too.

Absolutely ridiculous and atrocious that you through the app state “easy convenient ways to manage and fill prescriptions” yet when something is wrong and does not go through there is NO help, NO follow up, NO way to get through to the actual store for a patient which is ridiculous in and of itself. So beyond frustrated and disgusted with this big-pharma partner monopoly that makes billions while simultaneously ceases to stop patients from getting medications required to live, but of course they partner with employer sponsored insurances so you have little to no choice in how to actually and factually fill your medicine. Absolutely ridiculous in this day and age the only way to MAYBE get any resolve is to drop all you’re doing and go in person to store because again God forbid you’re able as a patient to conveniently use an app, CALL the store, speak to ANYONE in the pharmacy … crazy how those of us who are healthcare providers who dedicate our lives to helping take care of others some of us in emergency situations have the hardest times taking care of ourselves because of your monopolizing store and its inadequacies!

I hate your new format; I don’t know how to get to the digital coupons!
