Cyber Robot

The version of my iPad is absolutely pathetic and does not do anything, the version on my iPhone works perfect and I mean perfect.

App crashes as soon as you press the Bluetooth. Most of the point of this robot is then useless. Pity I didn’t read these reviews before buying

Loaded on iPhone XR iOS version 14 and the app crashes (as many have mentioned). But, we also have an old iPad 3G running iOS 10 (won’t update past this) and the app works flawlessly. I would suspect maybe an old iPhone 4s and earlier would work also. It’s a shame because the app and robot are well built but because of Apple constantly changing their software, this app (like so many others out there) has been left behind.

When I go to attach to Bluetooth the app doesn’t work... Waste of money and time

As title and everyone else, this app does not work with the “modern” iPhones , we don’t have older model phones in this house so the toy is useless , very disappointed, unless you have a 6 year old iPhone/tablet etc don’t bother 🤬

My 5 year old son got this as a present for Christmas and just as the last reviewer said the Bluetooth doesn’t work and after checking this app hasn’t had an update for three years........!!!! COME ON GUYS!!!!! your clearly still around so please can you sort this out my son really wants to pay with his Christmas present

App does not work. Tried on couple of different devices including iPad Air 2 , iPhone 11 etc and it just crashes soon as you click the Bluetooth icon to pair it with the robot . So the toy is rendered completely useless. Please fix the app, as it seems most people gaming same issue .

Bought this for my son for Christmas he built it in no time, was excited to see it in action nothing. Can not believe so Many bad reviews and the problem with the app is still occurring. Science Museum approved, I would be embarrassed to put my name to this load or rubbish.

As everyone else has said we built the robot then it wouldn’t connect to the app via the Bluetooth button. It kicks you out every time and the robot doesn’t work without the app so it’s useless. Hoping I can get a refund it doubt it.

Don’t buy the robot, although if you’re reading this you probably already have. Spent an hour building this with my son and downloaded the app to find that it won’t connect, press the Bluetooth button and it crashes immediately. Brand new batteries put in during build and there is simply no power to even manually programme it. Last update to the app 2 years ago which explains a lot. Waste of time and money, plus one unhappy son.
