I had never done a cycle class in my life. I’m out of shape and have fibromyalgia. When I tell you this was the most fun workout I’ve ever done!! Instructor was amazing. Music was bumpin. They immediately walked me through everything when I first got there too. So nice and inclusive. Great start to my day and weekend! TYSM!!!

I really do enjoy the workouts themselves. The app is pretty limited. CycleBar has a lot of valuable performance data like cadence and especially power (watts) output but the only way to look at it is inside the CycleBar app. It would be great to be able to get that power data into external tools like Strava, Garmin Connect, Intervals.icu and so on for fitness tracking, workout planning, monitoring fatigue etc. Unfortunately the power data from the indoor bikes remained locked inside CycleBar with no way to get it out through export or sync to other systems. Adding the Apple Watch doesn’t help. I hope in the future CycleBar will consider letting riders have access to their own data.

I moved here from PSL and this spot is minutes from everything and the music is great. Energy is amazing All the spin instructor’s are excellent and funny and just so nice and helpful
Riding cyclebar helps with burning calories but also helps setting and completing goals, with like minded individuals. Great way to escape the world and do something to help my personal health. Highly recommend.
