Worthless App
I downloaded this app to subscribe to the Cycling Weekly digital edition. Since subscribing I have not been able to read a single edition! No help, utterly hopeless and a waste of money!

• You will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, for the same duration and at the current subscription rate for that product.
• You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings after purchase .
• No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during active subscription period. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Hopeless
Week after week i have to delete and reinstall the app and then restore purchases. Wish I had not subscribed to this useless app and stuck to paper copies
Irritating App
This App is incredibly annoying. It is slow. You constantly have to refresh your purchase. Why?? It needs re-engineering by someone who understands CX.
Terrible User experience
This App is so frustrating. Always having to hit Restore Purchases. Very slow process. Just so badly engineered.
Latest app version is rubbish
Avoid - takes your money for yearly subscription and still asks for you to pay for weekly edition.
Over 60 years
I’ve read the “comic” since 1960 it’s given me immense pleasure all these years however recently the app is difficult to operate today 28th July can’t download issue
Couldn’t log in after update
Switched from paper to digital a couple of months ago. All fine until last weeks upgrade, couldn’t log in etc. Raised a ticket with mag direct, and looks as though it’s sorted now. Been reading it. 50 plus years, yes it’s changed, but that the instant nature of the web etc.🚴🏻♂️🚴🏻♂️😀
Avoid at all costs
I took out a subscription, paid my money. It was for some reason cancelled and I never received a refund. You owe me!
Failure to download editions
This may be linked, but since the roll out of iOS 14.1 for iPad I have been unable to download digital editions of the magazine, a “hint” message appears saying I need a “stable internet connection” to compete a download. There is nothing unstable about my internet connection. This is a bug that needs fixing ASAP.
Broken since iOS 14.2
Stopped working since iOS 14.2 releases, comes up with unstable internet connection error and will not let me download issues to either my iPhone or iPad
