I am an Iowa State alum/fan in West Texas. I grew up in central Iowa. It warms my heart to read Iowa State sport news by local midwesterners as passionate about the Cyclones as I am. Additionally, the sport writing is entertaining, and for the five to ten minutes daily, I get to read this APP, it makes me feel like I am back home in central Iowa, albeit for a brief period.

Doesn’t work on my iPad

I rely on this site because I trust the information they provide. The writers are well informed, non biased and state the facts. I appreciate their honesty.

Continue to get a loading error. The app will not work on my iPad. After months, still have the same issue. Still a loading error on my iPad. I have deleted the app and reloaded several times, still the same error. Works fine on my iPhone.

I have been paying for this app and can’t load it anymore on my Ipad ar my IPhone. Apple has a real problem. Please cancel my subscription and refund my money.

The stories fail to load. It’s as simple as that. I have tried numerous fixes and even contacted Support, which has failed to respond, much like their app.

Subscription is up to date. App will load on my iPhone, but suddenly stopped loading on my iPad. I have sent 2 messages to tech support. Have not received an answer.

I have been a loyal Des Moines Register and Cyclone Insider subscriber for years and about 2 months ago my Cyclone Insider app stop working. I get an error message every time I try to open the app. My Des Moines Register app works fine until I try and access Cyclone Insider from it and then I get the same error message. I’m beyond frustrated.

It hasn’t worked for over a month. I repeatedly trash it and reinstall and nothing works.
