Paid 70 quid for tickets and it’s not sending me my email verification. What am I supposed to do now…

Purchased football tickets and got a confirmation email including seat numbers and all information but this app doesn’t show my e-ticket and it doesn’t show my tickets. No feedback for my appeal.

Can get past the verification stage as I’m not receiving a verification code via txt message. Zero help or support. I can’t get access to tickets I have paid for.

No tickets showing on app, have messaged FAW and still no luck so far.

In order to use the app, it requires you to verify both your phone number and email. Phone verification was fine but it will not send a confirmation email (not in junk folder). Therefore I cannot access my tickets. I have seen other reviewers on here having the same issue
