Cynergy Bank Authenticator

Agree with every word of previous review of two years ago. Keep getting alerts on my Apple devise to say unregistered app To save further frustration I have decided not to proceed with Cynergy account.

The Authenticator app is awful & only works under certain circumstances. The system to get into a Cynergy account is so convoluted by far the worst going. I have closed my account with Cynergy due to the difficulty getting into the account!

Absolutely awful app which just de registers itself constantly. Manage to reset it and then register it (which takes 10 minutes) leave my phone for one minute and it’s already unregistered itself before I even get a chance to login. Absolutely ridiculous, no bank should take 20 minutes just to check your balance. I’ll be taking all my funds out of cyngery because of it.

I as many on here cannot Bellevue how absolutely useless these people are, they seem to use an Indian call centre who know nothing, they lye about current position of back and have now lost £150k of my money for 3 days, DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE

Really poor.

I don’t know why this app has received bad reviews. It works absolutely perfectly for me. It is a very simple process and I find it clever that it uses push notifications. I haven’t had an issue one single time using this app.

This is useless. Decided not to open account and could not use the authenticator

Please Cynergy bank find another, and more conventional, way of achieving multi-factor authentication. This is so long winded, so unintuitive and works about one time in five!

Have wasted hours trying to set up my account online without success. When my account matures I will be moving my funds elsewhere.
