Les commentaires existants sur cette appli concernent probablement une ancienne version + certains confondent notation de l’appli et notation de la compagnie … L’application est simple, intuitive et réactive. Bref, elle « fait le job » pour une appli de compagnie. On regrettera peut être de ne pas pouvoir télécharger directement les horaires de son vol dans son calendrier Apple.

Ne prenez surtout pas de billets dans cette compagnie liste noire en redressement judiciaire !!! Vous y perdrez vos économies comme pour moi et mes amis ! A fuir ! Et que c’est difficile de communiquer avec le service client :-(

Appli inopérante sur à peu près tous les points.

Impossible de retrouver sa réservation, effectuée par le biais de Bravofly, que cela soit par numéro de billet électronique ou par référence de réservation. Avec ces mêmes références, le site internet de la compagnie affiche bien le voyage : il s'agit donc d'un dysfonctionnement de l'application qui du coup est inutile.

I wanted to find booking and check in. It found the booking in view only mode where I was not able to check in or download boarding pass. In the end I did everything on the website

I added my tickets yesterday and today dissappeared.

Do not fly with ČSA under no circumstances! On the flight from Malaga, after leaving the plane, I discovered that one of my bags was missing. I immediately tried to contact the company, but no one answered the phone at baggage claim. The company IGNORED me and I still haven't received my bag. I'm sure the LUGGAGE WAS STOLEN BY THE STAFF - either flight attendants or housekeeping. The whole thing is being investigated by the police and I hope the CSA thieves are punished and caught.

Doesn’t matter if I use your app or website. Your APIs must be per historic. They timeout, fail to pay, what a disaster. It almost seems like you don’t want people to buy things from you.
