It’s my first experience that was awful for reservations. I can only purchase tickets for myself by using this app, not for other family members!!!! It’s my suggestion to the developers to add some more features. Moreover, in this case, I’d rather give ZERO rating. However, app allows me to give at least ONE star rating…

I don’t know why developer never bother to run a pilot test. It shows invalid mobile number every time for registration.

So much worst update. So slow so so so slow server cant even see my own tickets. Interface is so ordinary, boring, pathetic and complex. The previous one was a lot more better and easier.

Since the upgrade, the app is crashing and not functioning properly making it total useless

I wish Daewoo app has a user friendly UI with a better response rate. And better payment method which is user-friendly.

Most useless app & most irritating service, irresponsible team. I unable to pay from easypaisa & I’m trying for last 8-9 hours. Worst app experience!!!

Lets say you have made two or more booking. If you tap for detail view of ticket on any of the booking, No matter what booking you select, it always shows the details of first booking in the list. I almost missed my bus because of this bug as I had another booking for next day early morning and just bqz it was first on the list, wrong ticket hot printed. I had to manually tell the bus schedule and seat number to get the correct one. Bugs Bugs and too many bugs…
