wasting time

I dont understand how IT department can come out this kind of SOP. Supposedly registering should be hassle free but no they make it imposibble. Required me to install this app solely to register but it cant do it and asking me to install Hotlink app instead. So I did and followed every single step for registration purposes and still system said there’s some errors (didnt mention of what errors) and ask me to go to maxis centre. Truly stupid beyond compare.

serupa takk payah daftar sendiri kalau last2 kne gi kedai daftar lepas tu sah2 le kedai caj kepala bana lah. maaf tiada bintang untuk anda sbb dh habis

Need lots of effort to activate sim. Instruction ask to install daftar. Scanning is difficult due to the grey colour print. Once scanned, still cannot proceed and need to install hotlink app

Apps paling bangang..penat jak scan tidak Boleh jg daftar.. bikin habis data.. apps Yang langsung x membantu..

spent almost an hour to scan my ID but still they havent got the name right.. how this app were approved idk 🤷🏻‍♂️. Maxis please do some upgrading of this app. its such a bloody waste of time and not efficient at all
