Daikin needs to fix the fail-to-load problem that occurs after every update. I know several people who experience this every time they update. The app just stalls at the splash screen

TLDR: unable to get any of the promised tech info Can’t register as a “real user” without business info and special ID Registering as guest works, but after selecting my heat pump model I got a blank screen with no visible means of navigation back. Essentially as good as a hang or crash. This is extremely disappointing to see from a company boasting about quality.

It’s just a never ending spinning wheel. Would love to use this but can’t.

I have used this app reliably until very recently. Within the last month it has not worked. Please look at the bugs! It’s a great product but needs help immediately.

Recently upgraded my phone to iPhone 15 with latest IOS 17. and this apps won't open; it stucks in loading up. This apps was helpful for me, a new VRV tech. please fix bugs.
