The diversity of workouts is so convenient to use ANYWHERE, particularly since most don’t involve any equipment. The few that do one only needs maybe a band and set of dumbbells. This is my go to on short drive weekend trips or big travel to do from my hotel room/cabin/villa. Companies really should invest in their employees with a corporate account to provide this service to staff. Especially if they require them to travel. This is an invaluable, streamlined fitness app unlike others that are busy with music and talking instructors. This app, one can exercise to near dead silence, choose from their Spotify playlists, or play your own tunes. The mood is yours to set.
I love the variety. I can pick the daily workout or a workout from the library. Some days I want less intense, others more intense and Daily Burn has them all! All the instructors have great attitudes and speak words of encouragement with great demonstrations.
The video presentation looks great, with calories burned, audio, and also can connect to a fitness tracker. However after you install it that is not an option!! What happened?as a new use I’m disappointed. Bring back the old UI!
I canceled my subscription on the app almost a year ago, but was charged every month since then even though I was not able to access the app. There is no phone number to reach out to the company and although I sent emails to the customer service email listed on the website, the company never responded to me.
I enjoy this session, I am 69 years old and it will take me some time but I’m determined to move. I’m very happy to have the opportunity to be part of this program. Thank you!
Previous poor rating for an ad, haven’t seen one in a minute and overall very happy with the variety of exercise types and the trainers.
I use this app (almost everyday).
For the last couple of years I’ve been doing Apple Fitness+ workouts and got the Daily Burn app on a bit of a whim. I’m so glad I did! For the last week, I’ve done the DB365 workouts, and I can say for certain the workouts get my blood flowing more than Fitness+ workouts do. I get a better warmup and cool down and feel like I’m working much harder with Daily Burn, so I’m getting more out of my time.
