Daily Echo

Can’t open the app it just gives me a photo of ocean village and that’s it! Can’t log in on the website because it keeps telling me my password and email don’t match even when I’ve reset my password 😡

Since updating to iOS 14.5.1 im getting an ‘app needs to be updated by developer’ message

On opening the app on my iPhone X I am presented with a log in page. I have already set up my password on their web site. Unfortunately the keyboard for entering the info doesn’t have any letters on it. It also obliterates the fields that I’m trying to fill. I’ve also tried copying my details to the clipboard to paste in, but the app won’t allow pasting. So: completely useless.

Can’t even get into it ! What do these journo’s do all day ? Ps couldn’t put no stars. wouldn’t let me .

Can’t even login as keyboard shows as completely blank.

So slow it keeps crashing and now nothing showing at all, about as good as their reporters.

The app was ok to start with but had been unusable for the past month + yet clearly the Daily Echo cant be bothered to manage there app in the correct manor

The app is a start for a publication that is very late to iOS app party. What it needs next is notifications (if you put ads on there, then there's one way of getting eyeballs) and an obvious way of making comments. Kudos for enabling sharing via native tools on the iPhone rather than creating crappy ones (like The Independent). So well done, it's a start. But only a start.
