Censorship has now become so extreme that just using the word Awkward or ignorant or stupid means your comment won’t be allowed. The same comment with only the word awkward replaced by difficult WAS allowed

I am so disappointed and frustrated with this app. News feed will not refresh with numerous messages of regret that the app cannot refresh ‘at this time. Please try again’. Well it just doesnt work. I have done all the recommended solutions and none work. What have the designers done to this app which used to work well? Get your act together Daily Express online.

…it keeps logging me out so I can’t make comments or vote on other people’s comments. I repeatedly have to go through the tedious process of logging back in!! It’s just happened yet again today. So tedious that I don’t think I’ll bother with it anymore.

Your constant drivel about the Royals is a massive turn off. Why do Harry n Megan get to the top of the feed constantly? 99% of your readers couldn’t give a toss about them and rather read real news. Guess the editors in the take from there RE team 🤷🏼‍♂️

This app keeps crashing, get it fixed ASAP please.

Scrap it and start again preferably with some decent software writers

The new app is absolutely hopeless, can’t navigate it properly. The saying if it isn’t broken don’t fix it applies so I beg to ask why they renewed the app. Also you don’t get a fair reflection on readers comments as anything more than non complimentary is disabled.

Why does this app constantly remind you, upon startup, that there is an update? The AppStore already does that, so what is the need for a redundant and time wasting dialog..? Pathetic coding by immature and inexperienced developers. Do they even have a UI/UX expert on the payroll? Is there a test department? I think that we all know the answers to those last two questions. Sad attempt - amazing failure! The final straw comes when it crashes and dies after a couple of swipes. Just save yourself the bother and delete this app from your phone. You won’t look back!

The app is awkward to use and there are far too many articles about Meagain and Hapless with the occasional article about some dumbed down TV program. Actual news is missing.
