Very good but…
I like that you can choose which subject you want to work on but the thing is that you can or don’t have to pay for the better of “premium” and I don’t want to do that so I didn’t but other that that it is a very good app

I have depression and anxiety I suffer with this app has made me feel different about my self and it has realy helped me with my anxiety and depression because they are very bad I suffer with so this app has helped me alot to cope with my life

Amazing for tracking self harm
Good but bad
This app is a bit helpful but yet you have to pay for many things. I have loads of bad habits and harmful actions yet I have to pay for the accessibility to use them all.
I feel this app will be useful but there’s a bug...
I want to make a new tracker but the “next” button on the “how to track” does not work.
Absolutely love, BUT
I love this app and subscribed and planned to keep it until I discovered that it doesn’t crossover from device to device as far as I can tell. I want to be able to sign in and view my progress and stats from my phone and iPad but that doesn’t seem to be an option. If this doesn’t get fixed soon, I’m considering switching to another option.
Not worth it
If you are like me and don’t want to pay for premium then it is not good
Won’t open
Every time I try to open the app, it just crashes. It’s the only place I’ve been keeping track of SH history which is important to know for my medical records. I’m just glad I haven’t needed to track anything new since it’s been down. Update: two months later and it STILL won’t open. Really want to see my progress but can’t. Very disheartening
