Free trial......

I just wanted to try out the app before making any purchase and it has taken out a whole year’s subscription.... not really a free week trial is it a whole hep of money wasted for no reason!!!! I will be getting my money back

Your app is full of glitches!!

I’m a Capricorn yet your app tells me I have a Leo sun...not to mention moon, rising and Venus all being wrong too!! I triple checked my details had been correctly input, they had! Luckily I am aware of my natal chart however worry how many people you are incorrectly misleading??!

Can’t cancel easily

I can’t find a button to switch off anto renew and don’t want to be charged for this. No one from customer support has got back to me to help

It didn’t let me exit when the subscription window came up.. now I deleted from my phone but I am sure it will charge me 9,99 after a month .. Please help

Let down at least minute

Such a shame u have to start paying after 3 days. Was really excited that I found the perfect app as it’s right up my alley of interest m. But let down last minute as I was about to confirm and continue it came up with 3 day trial and £9.99 a week after that. So I cancel then it pops up with ok here is a 7 day free trial and then £19.99 a month. 😳 sorry but no thanks. Shame coz it seemed like it’s the most advanced horoscope app I’ve found but not free. Can’t afford that so my search continues....

Do not take up free trial - charges immediately

This is a simple horoscope app. However, in order to see your first horoscope it requests that you sign up for a free trial, with a following weekly/monthly charge. Then when you decide to accept (since you can always cancel before the end of the free trial), it charges you immediately! Apple were great at processing the refund straight away, but it really is not acceptable for companies to do this.

Who is writing these?

I like the concept and how easy it is to use the app. However the level of English is not up to standard, a lot of the writing is grammatically incorrect which is a shame.
