Stoa has changed my life
The lesson structure and content-a reading, meditation, commitment to action and reminder-has helped me to develop discipline through daily practice. Stoa is a repository of Stoic knowledge and wisdom. Through Stoa, I have become more mindful and live my life with purpose. I highly recommend Stoa to anyone seeking to learn more about Stoicism and those who wish to advance their practice.
Fraud app
This app says it gives 7 days free trial but in reality they instantly charge you 10$ and next day 19.99$. Anyone who installed it for a free trial i don’t recommend that.
Worthwhile and easy to use.
I enjoy using this app everyday. It’s become part of my routine. Minimalistic, non-intrusive and practical like Stoicism itself. Highly recommended.
The Stoa app is the best mindfulness app I've used
Having had a recent introduction to Stoic philosophy I really enjoyed the podcast lessons offered in this app. What I didn't expect was how good the guided meditations are and how easily they fit into/ support a daily routine. This has made it easy to conrinue using the app- it has a purpose and framework that I find other mindfulness apps lack. And I haven't used all the other resources in this app yet. Well worth the paid version if you want to explore Stoicism or find a guided meditation that works.
