Best workout app ever!
I love the combination of exercises in this this app. They are easy to follow, never boring and really effective. You can do them at home, they don't take much time so I can actually fit this routine in my busy schedule. I saw the first changes in my body after day 5 of the kickstart and that was very motivating to keep going. I am 3 weeks in now and have lost 1 kg. That may not sound like much but if you could see the changes in my body you would not believe it: my arms and legs are getting toned , my jaw line is tight again and I lost 4 cm off my waist. My whole posture is better and I feel great. Thank you Vicky!
