I have been using this app since I was 15 and have always redownloaded when I change phones. I have tried all kinds of numerous workouts but give up after a day cause it gets boring, for some reason these are easy to do and I love how you can play your own music while doing them. No jumping up and down (apart from the cardio section) so great for apartments. Definitely worth it.

I tried this app and it helps me so much there are a lot of exercises and choices.

This workout app is the best I didn't have to pay and it's free no adds and this is great for kids like me if they need to get fit but this should be for people that are 13 and older because they might hert themselves

This app’s workout are so easy and perfect for the less motivated or those that don’t know what to be doing. I love it. I think there should be a free trial of the paid version though, the pop ups, ads and web based iframes are so off putting and clunky/cheapening but I can’t tell if the paid version would address the dodgy iframes etc. Shame. I can see myself getting too frustrated with this after a week. If it were straight workouts within the app and no ads - I’d pay for this.
