Why do meals have to be scheduled exactly before 12AM so they come at the next day? Does the restaurant prepare the food at 1AM? I don’t get it. If there is a limitation, it should be pre 4AM or 6AM because this currently makes no sense at all.

I didn’t receive a full day meals after 1 week and when i contacted the customer service they apologized that there is no meals for today and no option to deliver it in night shift or other day, very very bad experience with horrible customer service تجربة ولا اسوأ و حافظين كلام يرددوه و في الاخر ماعندنا وجبات لك اليوم .. الله لا يوفقكم

الاكل زين ومتنوع لكن غير ملتزمين بالوقت ، كلمتهم لكن مافيه التزام

I had subscription with them 1 month and 2 weeks in one week my meals got cancelled because of the restaurant and I had to buy outside food and the other day the delivery guy took the meal and never showed up. They keep delaying the meals.
