I have not been able to use the app for 3 months. I have deleted and reinstalled 4 times. When I open it. It immediately disappears. I have been trying to get developer help. No response.

For this season, I have experienced issues with information being updated. Most notably, I have been unable to sell my tickets via the app. I had to go via a computer so I deleted that app since there is no use for it. Also, there is no support for the app. You can’t submit an issue or look into getting it resolved. I hope they at least look at reviews. Error I receive: “The data couldn’t be reached because it isn’t in the correct format”

The app used to work in previous years and was convenient for downloading tickets before the games. But all season long (2023-24) it has not worked. Everytime you open it it crashes. And when you report to your account rep they just tell you to use the website. Even asked to talk to tech team to walk through what was happening, they did not care.

It amazes me how a billion dollar corporation can have such a horrible app. I show tickets from December on one of the phones I have the app on. On my regular phone all of January shows and it won’t update. I deleted, as I’ve been instructed to do before, and now none of my tickets show and there is an error to refresh. The web works, even though it’s as slow as dial-up. How in the world is the data in the wrong format and cannot be read? Time for a new development team or new company to build a better app. Also, you click on app support and it goes to the main Mavs page. My kids could make a better app.

quite possibly one of the worst apps I’ve ever used. It seems to get worse with every update. It’s unfortunate because it’s the only way to sell off games I can’t attend. The app is bad enough that I will not be renewing my season tickets next year.

Says app is being worked on. Virtually non usable and is pretty much a waste of time. Deleted app from phone.

App no longer works and there is no place to report an issue.

This has happened more times than not. As a season ticket holder, when going to view my tickets. "Something went wrong" message appears. Everything else works fine on the app except this! And its a headache!

I can’t log in or even reset my password. Going through the reset password link doesn’t send me an email for resetting. The app says it’s not the same password as Tickmaster but then it is Ticketmaster? Confusing and haven’t been able to log in for a long time.
