i wish there were zero rating for this insurance company and worst customer service ever

I've been using Daman app for the past few years, and overall, it's a solid app for managing my insurance needs. App for iOS is just not working. When trying to book an in person appointment it can’t download the web page, saying that server can’t be found. This problem stays for at least several weeks already. It’s totally unacceptable for MEDICAL application. Fix it immediately!

The App cannot attach multiple files. If there is a reference needed. The multiple invoices and diagnosis has to be combined outside the App and uploaded.

Once you have connect the app with the UAE Pass, it’s very easy to sign in. Everything you need is in the app, you rarely need to contact customer service, a list for all health care providers is there along with a map to check how near they are from you. Excellent insurance, covering a wide range of hospitals and clinics, service is great, no need for waiting for approvals, I recommend all companies to treat their employees with this healthcare insurance.

installed from the App Store however, when I open the app, it says there is an updated new version available install that. Many times installed uninstalled, but of no use not able to access the app at all. I can see the update is done seven hours before however app is not working at all

While trying to open the app shows update now and redirects to App Store. From app store it shows open, while pressing open, again the update message shows in the app. This loop continues.
