I have reached out through email and asked for help my cameras do not load I have done Everthing suggested on their HELP page yet nothing allows the 6 cameras to load live footage! Danale needs to help TECH SUPPORT PHONE NUMBER I have spent 22 hours this company gives you verification code but then doesn’t allow you to hit the next button. There is no next button so I can’t verify my account and I need to put the cameras back on my home system and nobody contacts you or you can’t reach anybody with this company to help you it’s a joke. I’m disgusted.

It is not possible to cancel your subscription in-app, and they bypass Apple's subscription model so you cannot cancel with them.

Very basic app and hard to get support or corrections. I reset my password after inputting a second verification code and then the app asks for a 3rd code to log in which is never received after several attempts.

Will not detect my cameras anymore. Worthless waste of money.

Camera used to work and now won’t connect to WiFi and doesn’t work. Lame. This app is horrible.

Will be replacing all cams. New phone won’t connect, some cams just show a black screen occasionally, nothing records for playback. Waste of money.

Application does not work at all on iPhone/iPad. Waist of money and time.

This app is garbage Half of the time it won’t connect to the dvr other times it does. It works when it wants to!

I just paid this app, I’m unable to see any recordings. There’s no where you can request for support.

Unless you are home and connected to the same WiFi you cannot see anything anymore since program and system is outdated and will not handle current updates
