As with most brands I’m cautious of the permissions requested by their devices. I understand requiring Bluetooth (maybe for easy pairing), but why does this app request permissions for my photo gallery? Its stuff like this that pisses me off.

AC unit itself is great. I like night mode to potentially save a little money. Why can’t the app offer a timer setting like just the buttons on the actual unit though?

Developers need to fix that High should be 100, not 80. Most people operate the fan at 100%, afterall that is what it turns on to the first time. There is no way in Favorites or Schedule functions to set the fan speed to 100 (only High, which is 80). This is nuts, who decided that illogic? High should be 100, Medium should be 70, and Low should be 30. Or add another level called “Max” and make that 100. … also, add lever orientation to the Favorite and Schedule functions. That way can set to Swing or Lowest angle of lever as part of those functions; is a 5min IT fix.

AC works well for me. The app does too, but “Deriction” should be “Direction” and “Horizontal S” should be “Horizontal Swing”. This really bothers me. Is it that hard to fix? There is also poor formatting in (three dot button) > Check > Details, and bad translation and grammar in (three dot button) > About Device > Description Of Device. This app was not ready to be shared with the world yet.

Cannot connect my ac to the app

Saw a lot of negative reviews, but I had a great experience. Once my account was created I think it took less than 2 minutes to fully connect my A/C unit to the app and start using it. Seems straight forward and haven’t experienced any issues yet. Didn’t think I’d really use the app initially but after a few minutes with it I think it will come in quite handy.

app works perfectly for me. might be the model but we've had this ac for two years and no issues!

Don’t have anything else to say other than it works and controls my AC great

You can do the basics like turning on your ac and a couple of other things but apart from that I wouldn’t even understand some of the other functions this app tries to show you. There’s spelling errors all over the place it’s just a terrible experience using this app. It’s a shame because if the app was improved a wide margin I think it would be an amazing companion app
