DanceFit+: Dance & Fun Workout

Was excited to use the app, but it does not open. It shows a black screen and says it can’t connect to the internet.

Every time I try to open the app it tells me I’m not connected to the internet and can’t access the app.

A workout program you can stick with. I’m I the best shape of my life. I’m 48 and my cardio, muscle tone and definition, and flexibility have improved by 100%. So worth it.

Seriously! Hands down the most fun, challenging, energetic dance workout I’ve ever tried, and dancing in the dance heels makes you feel sexy and confident! Love this app! It has many different workouts for different fitness levels and oh, boy those jive workouts so fun but you really feel it next day! My body loves it! There are also amazing detailed technique videos - I always wanted to learn how to dance Cha cha - I was delighted to watch the footwork and arm styling from the master herself Christina

I like the variety of dance moves, music selection, and great choreography. Dancing with Cristina is enjoyable, uplifting and always energetic!

This app is free to get but not to access. Every video has to be paid for when you can get all this on YouTube videos

Wow! What an amazing instructor! I have been taking privates with Christina for Rumba and have learned so much on importance of technique. She does not teach routines, but takes the time to teach the fundamentals which are most important. Christina has taught me how to activate certain muscle groups that I have never used before in my dancing and my lines are so much better now. Thank you again for your excellent teachings Christina! Highly recommended if you want to take dancing to the next level!!!

I recommend it to everyone. Great materials for all levels. I like that it’s been divided by titles and you can easily reach out to what you need. There are a variety of workout as far as core workout , flexibility, stretch and a fun way to work on your cardio if you are a cardio- freak as I am.
