Daraz Online Shopping App

No doubt, this has to be one of the best e-commerce applications in the nation so far without any visible competitors. You guys have quite a disturbing and annoying search engine. Not sure how many times this should be pointed out before it can be resolved. The whole point of this application is to have a good search engine so i can get to my desired product faster. But every time i want to purchase something i have to browse through your navigation tabs or make google searches. How difficult is it for the dev time to manage a search engine that can simply get me a product, and honestly my search has a single word query. Imagine for shops and retailers whose source of income is through daraz only, and this so called amazing application can’t even navigate me to those retailers, making their income an unnecessary struggle which they don’t know about. This is pure laziness or you have incompetent developers. Either way it’s the end users and retailers who are struggling. Think about it.

Boycott daraz delivery system 😡😡😡😡

I am utterly disappointed with the service provided by Daraz App yet again. It's been 8 days since I placed an order for a book, and to this date, it hasn't arrived. This is not the first time such an incident has occurred; it seems to be a recurring issue with Daraz. The lack of accountability and transparency in their delivery process is appalling. Despite paying for expedited shipping, there has been no indication of when I can expect to receive my order. The constant delays and excuses are unacceptable. It's evident that Daraz prioritizes profit over customer satisfaction. They lure customers in with enticing deals and promotions, only to disappoint with their inability to fulfill orders in a timely manner. This pattern of behavior is deceitful and reflects poorly on their credibility as an online marketplace. I strongly advise potential customers to reconsider using Daraz App for their shopping needs. Save yourself the frustration and inconvenience of dealing with unreliable service and invest your time and money elsewhere. Daraz has proven time and time again that they cannot be trusted to deliver on their promises

Well done !! This is what i required from an app where i actually am the one who is spending the money. Such a disgrace. Showing full page adds and games. Exactly trying to copy temu. Disgusting. Just do what you are actually supposed to do. Streamline the UI and make it less crowded where it feels like i am in a state fair. Too much going on. I just want to buy stuff for my parents and the app is utterly unusable now. Disgusting.

App is good but they add 10 taka cash on delivery. Like seriously Daraz? In general Daraz charges way more delivery charge already.
