I have been using this app since it first came out but last couple of times it has said I have nothing borrowed which I know is not right. It seems to scan membership card but doesn’t recognise password I have had for ages?? Regards Heather Waugh

This app is really slow, especially when renewing loans. Cannot select multiple items to renew, so tedious. Logging in via website is much easier but it really shouldn't be. Also had issues trying to reserve items.
