Trying to get transport
There are a lot of bugs on the app, I get kicked out of the app whenever a driver accepts my requests. This makes it very difficult for me to get any transport from Dart.

- Book your regular taxi with Dart. Dart Taxi relies on local registered taxis and uses the standard metered fare. Dart assists by giving a cost estimate based on a distance calculation without surcharges or time factor.
- Now with Dart you can pay with cash and receive an electronic receipt via email.
HOW TO USE DART
- Download the App for free and register your account
- Register a phone number where the driver can contact you (you may update this at any time).
- Our app uses your smartphone GPS and Geo-location function to help confirm your pick-up point. Tap on marker and type in a helpful note for our drivers to find you. Eg. I’m waiting upstairs or a detailed street name/number
- For your drop-off point just type the street address or closest landmark/street and accurately drag pointer on map.
- An estimated fare will appear and you can request on demand pick-up.
DRIVE WITH DART
Sign up on www.dartbrunei.com to qualify drivers need to:
- Be Bruneian citizen or Permanent resident of Brunei
- Be 21-65yrs old with a valid Class-3 License
- Have a Car less than 10yrs from date of first registration
- Be Competent in conversational English and Malay

Brunei at its best!!
Because of the constant problems with the app, I’ve missed funerals, birthdays, weddings, child birth. Fortunately the app only works when I decided to escape work for afternoon coffee and tea. Brunei Wawasan 5302 ya all. This app is living proof that we are moving backwards
Ride booked in 10 seconds
New app is better and faster
Horrible programming
The programming / user interface of Dart is positively awful. For starters, the new setup phone number verification works about 10% of the time. Then, buttons don’t even respond even for the FAQs! It’s as though someone wrote this app for a sixth grade programming class.
Poor experience
App is not customer friendly. Lags. The pickup point interface is frustrating. You have to force close the app for ride choice to popup. No search history. You aren’t alerted by app if your ride has been booked, the driver will whatsapp you?? I would love to utilise the service however customer experience is so poor.
Impossible to set up account
Buggy experience. Doesn’t work.
Is there even any dart driver???
I urgently need to use dart to go somewhere but, there is no available dart driver?? Idk. BATAH LOADING NYA AH.
Can’t register an account
I am visiting from USA. It is not letting me register with my USA number
Just a disaster
I’ve got 3 college degrees, and just getting started with this app download was impossible. I’m going back to webpage on my laptop where I started to see if Zi can figure out how to get from Richardson to the Cotton Bowl.
Not iOS Compatible
After updating it doesn’t work properly with latest iOS 15.6.1. Please check
